It's a snow emergency today. Now, don't get excited, a "snow emergency" means nothing more than: "There's a ton of snow falling so move your car off the street, we need to plow." They don't ever close the schools here. They don't close anything here. It's not like the song at all, We got someplace to go. Driving, shopping, shoveling, exercising, working. Minnesotans do it in the snow.
And in all honesty, it's usually nice and warm when it snows. It's almost never in the negative degrees when the white stuff falls. A balmy 25 degrees.
Still last year about this time I was in California with family and SUN.

If you makes you feel any better, the sun hasn't been out but maybe 2 hours for the last 3 weeks here in Cali. Rain rain rain. At lest you can play in the snow.
Yes, when snow is falling it's toasty warm! We had a big snowfall and then negative temps, I prefer falling snow!
We've had like 7 snow days already -ridiculous!
